How subscribing works

One fee, kept separate from third-party costs
A subscription only ever covers our own fee for processing an application. Any charge from a third party — an insurance premium, an official document fee, a camp organiser’s own fee — is always the beneficiary’s own cost, billed separately and passed on in full.
Without a subscription
A beneficiary can still apply for any service and pay our processing fee for that one application, no subscription required.
No auto-renewal
A subscription runs for the year it was bought and simply expires — nothing is auto-charged, and a beneficiary chooses to subscribe again.
