Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the DigiAbility website and platform. By creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to them.
Last updated 1 January 2026
1. Who can use DigiAbility
You may use the platform if you are 18 or older, or if a parent, guardian or authorised representative uses it on your behalf. Organisations may use the platform only through a verified partner account.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit. Providing false information may result in an application being rejected by the issuing department and your account being suspended.
Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
3. What we do and do not decide
DigiAbility helps you discover, prepare, submit and track applications. We do not grant benefits, certificates or entitlements — those decisions rest entirely with the relevant government department or issuing authority.
We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, or approved within a particular timeframe.
4. Fees
Registering, discovering schemes and applying as a beneficiary is free. Some optional document facilitation services carry a charge, which is displayed clearly before you commit to it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to submit fraudulent applications, to access records you are not authorised to see, or to disrupt the service for others.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you before it takes effect.
